Project Coordinators (PC) work under the direct supervision of a Project Manager (PM) to help with the jobsite work and coordination. The PC must acquire knowledge of the project through communication with their PM, the customer, the salesperson (if needed) and our current systems (proprietary CRM and utility project management software). Once the PM has coordinated the logistics of the project, the PC will assist with keeping the installation on schedule and keeping the customer and utility satisfied.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Daily material pick up/drop off/accepting deliveries (including, but not limited to): job sites, warehouses, contractors
    shops, customer facilities
  • Facility visits (including, but not limited to): pre and post walk throughs, punch lists, evaluate potential problems, deliver
    and pick up equipment, meet customers/contractors/PM’s
  • Daily Onsite “eyes & ears” for the PM (including, but not limited to): relaying info to PM (and other Supervisors as
    necessary) through email, text, phone, Microsoft Teams, proprietary CRM and utility project management software
  • Relay info to PM (and other supervisors as necessary) through email, text, phone, Microsoft Teams, proprietary CRM
    and utility project management software
  • Manage project-related paperwork as directed by PM’s (and other supervisors) by ensuring all necessary materials are
    current, properly filed and stored
  • Assist PM in preparing schedules and ensure appropriate filing and paperwork
  • Programming for customers & training the customers on the system(s) as well
  • Able to lift roughly 50 lbs
  • Be available for early morning install starts (when needed)
  • Onsite for Utility Post Inspections and/or reviewing post inspectors notes and working towards resolution
  • Post Install Pictures
  • Attend Virtual and On-Site product, procedure and other various trainings and meetings
  • Cross train with operations team duties as they arise
