Energy Source, a division of Revolution Lighting Technologies, recently completed an LED retrofit project for GNC, a vitamin and supplement retailer. The LED retrofit took place at a store in Greenwich, Connecticut. The company says that the retrofit of GNC’s retail facility is a continuation of its work as a program contractor within the Energize Connecticut Small Business Energy Advantage Program (SBEA), managed by Eversource.
Energy Source expects the retrofit to reduce lighting energy use by at least 40% at the store. At the same time, the company claims that the new LED Tube lights deliver superior light output for GNC patrons.
